Harry did a great job inspecting a house we were looking at in Laguna Beach. We are out of town, so we were buying it sight unseen. Harry was very responsive and got out to the property within the same week we contacted him. His report was very detailed and included photos of all parts of the property. He has also followed up twice since the inspection to answer any questions via phone, text, or email.

As a realtor, its assuring to have a reliable and detailed home inspector. I have worked with Minute-Man Inspection for over a year and he has always been my top recommendation!! As an insurance agent, I can honestly say Harry Brown is the best inspector out there! I receive 4-pts, wind-mits, and full home inspections daily from OTHER inspectors with half the pages not filled out correctly, things they missed in the home inspection that could cost you much more than you bargained for. This guy goes above and beyond any other inspector I have ever worked with. If you are looking for someone that is completely honest and has your best interest in mind, this is who you want to contact! This is the most professional, honest inspector I have ever met!

I had to get a house inspection for Insurance. I called Minuteman home inspections and Harry answered the phone. Very friendly, very polite. He asked when I needed it I said as soon as possible. He made me an appointment for the next day. Made the appointment for eight in the morning and he was here like five minutes till. Got everything inspected and taken care of in probably less than 30 minutes. Very professional. I would certainly recommend these guys if you need a house inspection. And if I need another house inspection, I’ll be calling them again.
