Fast scheduling (within the week) and extremely fair pricing. Windmit and 4 point were included with the general inspection. Reports were easy to read and the overall inspection was thorough and honest. Also their reports allow you to click items from the inspection that you want fixed and it automatically creates a repair request document for you to send to the seller, which was so nice! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Harry with Minuteman Home Inspections. I called him to complete a four-point inspection on my mom’s home so she could update her insurance. Harry was prompt, clearly communicated when he would arrive, and showed up exactly when he said he would.

After we completed the necessary repairs, we contacted him, and he returned right when he promised. He helped us get the inspection and everything we needed completed in what felt like record time. What stands out most about Harry is simple: he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. That kind of dependability is hard to find!

One thing you can’t get back is time, so make sure you hire right the first time. Harry completed an inspection for me and was very thorough, he sends a very organized and easy to understand report back, and will call to review his findings. Through and fair

Harry did a great job inspecting a house we were looking at in Laguna Beach. We are out of town, so we were buying it sight unseen. Harry was very responsive and got out to the property within the same week we contacted him. His report was very detailed and included photos of all parts of the property. He has also followed up twice since the inspection to answer any questions via phone, text, or email.

I receive 4-pts, wind-mits, and full home inspections daily from OTHER inspectors with half the pages not filled out correctly, things they missed in the home inspection that could cost you much more than you bargained for. This guy goes above and beyond any other inspector I have ever worked with. I had to get a house inspection for Insurance. I called Minuteman home inspections and Harry answered the phone. Very friendly, very polite. He asked when I needed it I said as soon as possible. He made me an appointment for the next day. Made the appointment for eight in the morning and he was here like five minutes till. Got everything inspected and taken care of in probably less than 30 minutes. Very professional. I would certainly recommend these guys if you need a house inspection. And if I need another house inspection, I’ll be calling them again.
